1. Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: All bookings must be confirmed through our online reservation system or by contacting our customer service team. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified in the booking confirmation.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required before the start of your trip unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy. Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made within the specified period and conditions outlined in our policy.
2. Changes and Amendments
- Changes to Itinerary: Any requests for changes to the itinerary must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges. We strive to accommodate reasonable requests but cannot guarantee changes once a booking is confirmed.
- Agency Changes: We reserve the right to modify or cancel travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, political instability, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or a refund as applicable.
3. Responsibilities
- Traveler Responsibilities: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. It is also the traveler’s responsibility to adhere to local laws and regulations during their trip.
- Agency Responsibilities: We are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring your travel experience is as smooth as possible. However, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the tour.
4. Liability and Insurance
- Agency Liability: Shree Adi Kailash Travels is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance for their protection.
- Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in our packages. We strongly advise that you obtain travel insurance to cover any potential risks or emergencies.
5. Conduct and Behavior
- Behavioral Expectations: Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions provided by our guides and staff. Disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in termination of the tour with no refund.
- Health and Safety: It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the tour. We reserve the right to deny participation if we believe it is in the best interest of your health or safety.

- Personal Data: We collect and use personal data only for the purpose of providing our services and managing bookings. We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with data protection regulations.

- Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun.
